Yes, we do accept custom orders.

What are the standard colors of your Workbenches?
Our Workbenches comes standard with white laminate top and Blue/Grey Cardinal TM.

Do you have optional Worksurface Colors?
Yes, we absolutely do. You can choose from NON-ESD laminate: White, Light Grey, Dove Grey, Matrix Grey, Blue, and Almond. ESD Laminate: White, Light Grey, Medium Grey, Almond and Blue. If you do not see the color of your preference please let us know, we will get it for you.

What about optional paint finish?
Surfaces are available in: Gloss White, Black Textured, Beige, Burgundy, WSI Blue, Royal Blue, Charcoal Grey, Gunmetal Grey, Light Grey and Teal Green.

How are they packaged for shipping?
All product is shipped knocked down (KD) in a box unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped set up are subject to an assembly fee. The manufacture will ship product by a common carrier or if you have an account with a freight company we will be more than happy to help with the paper work.

What if I received my furniture damaged?
It is important that all shipments be visually examined for damage upon receipt and any observations noted on the freight bill of lading. In addition, all packaging must be kept for subsequent examination. Failure to fulfill the above may alleviate any responsibility of the carrier. All claims for freight damage must be filled by the customer with the freight carrier. IBC, Int’l will assist in any way practical.

What is the recommended work surface height to decreased back pain or help with bad posture?
As bodies are of different heights, weights, and spinal configurations, the need for adjustability is crucial. People need to be able to accommodate their height and weight, as well as their activities while seated. For a better comfort we recommend the following heights of your seating if your Worksurface is:

30”-32” we recommended a seat height of 17”-22” or if you have a Worksurface of
32”-36” we recommended a seat height of 21”-31”.
